Prof. Chih-Min Yu（PhD./Doctoral Supervisor）

Dr. Chih-Min Yu is a Professor and aDoctoral Supervisor. Also, he is an IEEE Senior Member. He received his BS degree in electrical engineering from Chung-Cheng Institute of Technology in 1989, and his MS and Ph.D. degrees in Telecommunication Engineering from National Chiao Tung University in 1997 and 2007, respectively. Since Mar. 2019, he has been a full Professor with the College of Artificial Intelligence at Yango University, Fuzhou, China.In 2020, he is a Distinguished Professor of Minjiang Scholars in Fujian Province. In 2018, Dr. Yu was a recipient of the Excellent Talent Award from the Ministry of Science and Technology of Taiwan (MOST). From August 2009 to Jan. 2019, he joined the Faculty of Chung-Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, where he is a full Professor with the Department of Electronics Engineering. Dr. Yu was a recipient of the university-level Best Outstanding Teaching Award in 2014 and 2016, as well as the Best Outstanding Research Award in 2017 and 2019 at Chung-Hua University. In 2008-2009, he was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Information and Communication Engineering, Asia University, Taiwan. For academic services, he is serving as an Associate Editor for the journal of IEEE Access, helps on many IEEE conferences and be a reviewer for many IEEE top journals.Prior to that, he was a Researcher for the Chung-Shan Institute of Science and Technology, Taiwan, in 1989-2007, and he led several projects in the research fields of wireless networks, ad hoc networks and 3G. Until now, he has published 29 journal papers, 29 international conference papers and 2 patents. In addition, he also led 12 research projects, funded by the Science and Technology (MOST), the Ministry of Education of Taiwan and the Science and Technology Department of Fujian.

余志民博士，教授，博士生导师，福建省闽江学者，IEEE高级成员，现为国际知名期刊IEEE ACCESS的副主编(Associate Editor)；1989年毕业于中正理工学院电子工程专业，分别于1997年和2006年获得台湾交通大学电信工程硕士、博士学位；1989年至2007年担任台湾中山科学研究院信息通讯所研究员；2008年2月担任台湾亚洲大学助理教授，2009年8月加入台湾新竹中华大学通讯工程学系助理教授，2018年2月升等电子工程系教授；在中华大学期间，兼任通讯系主任行政4年，担任教职期间，在2013和2015年获得中华大学杰出教学奖，2016和2018年获得中华大学杰出研究奖，同时，也获得2018年台湾科技部优秀人才奖；国外学术期刊及研讨会发表论文58篇，其中发表学术SCI收录期刊论文29篇，29篇EI收录的国际会议论文；指导2位博士生与30多位硕士生毕业；主要的研究方向包括高能效移动通信，网状网络，能量路由协定和无线传感网络等。
