黄风华，教授，博士（后），智能工程技术研究院院长，人工智能学院副院长，“计算机科学与技术”国家一流专业建设点负责人，福建省重点实验室主任（空间信息感知与智能处理），福建省高校工程研究中心主任（空间数据挖掘与应用），福建省优秀教师，美国北卡罗来纳大学访问学者，2022年度福建省科技特派员（团队发起人）,阳光学者特聘岗，福州大学计算机技术、测绘工程两个专业硕士生导师，国际IEEE协会、中国电子学会、中国计算机学会会员。2015年入选福建省高校杰出青年科研人才培育计划，2016年入选福建省高校新世纪优秀人才支持计划，2016年同时入选福建省本科高校优秀学科带头人海外高端访问学者项目。曾担任多个IEEE国际会议主席和部分SCI国际刊物的客座编辑和同行评审专家。

主要研究方向为数据挖掘、机器学习和遥感影像处理。近5年来主持国家级、省部级和市厅级纵向科研项目10余项及企业横向课题8项，发表高水平学术论文30余篇（其中SCI/EI收录20余篇、CSCD收录4篇），获得国家专利授权13项和软件著作权8项，出版专著和教材3部，近年来多次获得学校“科研标兵”荣誉称号。

Fenghua Huang(Prof./Ph.D/postdoctor) is the dean of Academy of intelligent engineering technology and the vice dean of College of Artificial Intelligence, Yango University (China),the director of the national first-class major construction site of "Computer Science and Technology", the director of Fujian Key Laboratory of Spatial Information Perception and Intelligent Processing , the director of the Fujian University Engineering Research Center of Spatial Data Mining and Application. He was a visiting scholar of the University of North Carolina (UNC) in USA and a science and technology commissioner (team initiator) in 2022 in Fujian, China. He is an excellent teacher in Fujian, a distinguished scholar in Yango University,and a master supervisor in the fields of computer technology,Surveying and Mapping Engineering in Fuzhou University(China). Meanwhile, he is the formal member of IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers),CCF(China Computer Federation) and CIE(Chinese Institute of Electronics). In 2015, He was selected into the cultivation program for outstanding young scientific research talents of Fujian universities. In 2016, he was selected into the new century excellent talents support program of Fujian universities and the overseas high-end visiting scholar program for outstanding discipline leaders of Fujian undergraduate universities.  He has served as the general chairmen of several IEEE International Conferences, guest editors and peer reviewers of several SCI international publications.

The main research interests of Prof.Huang include machine learning, spatial data mining, bid data and remote sensing image processing. In the last decade, He has presided more than 10 research projects funded by national, provincial and municipal level governments and 8 projects funded by enterprises. He has published more than 30 papers in the related journals and conferences, including 20 papers indexed by SCI/EI and 4 papers indexed by CSCD. In addition, He has obtained the authorization of 13 national patents and 8 software copyrights， and published 3 monographs and textbooks. In recent years, He has won the honorary title of "scientific research pacesetter" for several times.
